For my Aquarius hubby’s birthday this year we decided to take a drive up to Placerville. We love driving the long winding roads of the Gold Country- enjoying the scenery. We stopped at one of our favorite Placerville restaurants- Cascada for a bite to eat. We actually discovered Cascada the night before our wedding. Their veggie burrito is hands down the best vegetarian burrito I have ever had! There is just something about big chucks of zucchini, bell pepper, and mushroom that just makes me happy. Not to mention the delish sauce. Cascada has a dedicated vegetarian selection on their menu which I totally love.

Ted enjoyed the Mushroom Bleu Cheese Burger for his meal- which he really liked! Happy birthday my love!
